This 8 x 8 acrylic painting was done on a 2" wrap around canvas. It is the third piece in the Lil' Bit of Color Series: Gold, Red, Blue. I wanted to explore the use of primary colors in a representive way. I used a very limited palette with all three pieces using only Hansa Yellow, Yellow Ochre, Ultra marine, Scarlet, Titanium White, and Mars Black.

The series was completed on March 10, 2005

Each one retails for $88. They are not framed but painted on the edges of the wrap around canvas.
